1997 ► Appointed exclusive Procurement Agent For Total E & P Myanmar & Moattama Gas Transportation Company Limited to supply offshore requirement.
1998 ► Appointed as Mobil Marine Product Agent (Bunker & Lubricant to supply to ships).
1999 ► Appointed for international relief, supplies, procurement and transportation to East Timor during the declaration of independence.
1999 ► Appointed by EUKOR as their Malaysian agent to handle all KIA and Hyundai cars.
2001 ► Appointed Forwarding Agent at Pasir Gudang by DRB-ORIENTAL-HONDA (car imports).
2001 ► Freight Forwarding Agent to handle the clearance for Import of Proton parts by Air Freight from France.
2001 ► Sea Freight service provider for Carriage of Proton CKD, Car Components, Machinery & Spares & Raw Material from Japan. (approx 7000 containers per year).
2002 ► Appointed by Australian National Line (East West service) as their Malaysian agent.

2004 - 2002 ► Appointed by Oxfam & International Red Cross to assist in the procurement of the welfare aids & transportation of relief supplies to Aceh & Sri Lanka.
2004 ► Undertook transportation of 400,000mt of Gas pipes from Kimitsu, Japan to Kuantan for MNLG 3 Project with Petronas / MISC.
2004 ► Signed Memorandum of Agreement with Nuri Perangsang to market Malaysian made motorcycle in Africa & France.

2005 ► Signed an agreement for the International Logistics Service provider for warehousing and supply chain services for Proton’s Imported Component Parts from worldwide on door to line service.

2006 ► Appointed ASEAN Representative by the Port of Marseilles Authority. Contract signed with Proton to deliver 3000 units of cars to Iraq.Appointed exclusive Procurement Agent For TOTAL BORNEO to supply offshore requirement.
2007 ► Commencement on the construction of the state of the art (RM20 million) warehouse and Sunship headquarter in Subang in compliance with Proton’s requirement.
2007 ► Joint Venture Letter of Intent signed with Toyofuji Japan (subsidiary of Toyota) to manage and operate a car marshalling yard within the port.
2007 ► Appointed Executive Counsellor by the Polish Ambassador for the Malaysian – Poland Business Association.
2008 ► Expansion of TFLM car marshalling yard from 5 acres to 15 acres.
2008 ► Inui Steamship Co., Ltd appoint Sunship (M) Sdn Bhd as Marketing Agent in Malaysia for all Government, Oil and Gas Project including Government Link Companies, Private Corporate Organisations and all Government appointed MTOs (Multimodal Transport Operators).
2008 ► JV With Toyofuji Shipping Co. Japan to form Toyofuji Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd (TFLM)
2009 ► Introduction of the International Transport Management Bachelor’s Degree Course
2009 ► Signing Ceremony between PKFZ & MFPA
2010 ► Contract with PMS for carriage of Alumina in Bulk from Australia to Bintulu, East Malaysia Volume: 20,000 M/Tons per shipments/month till 2010.
2011 ► TFLM appointed to manage Toyota Central Stock Yard in Malaysia.
2012 ► A new subsidiary Sun Signature Sdn Bhd was launched to distribute imported and local products to the Malaysia market. In August, Sun Signature’s retail arm, Dove & Clover was opened to retail skin care & comestics.
2013 ► Distribution menus expanded to various on-line shopping website e.g Lazada, Lelong, Rakuten, easy.my, eGarden, Hi-shop & etc.
2014 ► Sales network expanded into pharmacy chain stores. Total number of pharmacy outlet reached 190 outlets.
2015 ► Awarded ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems & OHSAS 18001:2007 Ocuupational Health & Safety management Systems.
2017 ► Sun Signature expanding their market to more than 300 pharmacies and also entering more exclusive market at Ben' Independent Grocer, Robinsons and De Market for brand La Corvette and Maitre Savon de Marseille soaps.
2018 ► Sun Signature expanding business in Groceries, Departmental stores. Listed in more than 400 outlets. Continously expending in Big Parmacy, ISetan & Guardian. In June 2018, Metrojaya counters, Jason's Food Hall and Mercato.
2019 - 2020 ► Continuously expanding business in groceries, department stores, pharmacies.
2019 - 2020 ► Listed outlets increased from 700 to 967 outlets. Continuously exanding business in BIG Pharmacy, ISETAN and Guardian.
2020 ► In December 2020, acquired new listing at BIG Pharmacy and Pharmex Sdn. Bhd.
2020 ► Became the sole distributor for DETOSKIN and PURENSKIN.
2021 ► Continuously expanding business in pharmacy sector, grocery and department stores.
